• Support and drive finance transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on the company's move to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Help design, improve, and implement finance processes in SAP Public Cloud, especially Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay.
• Work closely with Finance, Group Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, and IT to translate business needs into practical process and system solutions.
• Support the adoption of SAP Public Cloud best-practice processes while identifying where finance processes need to be adapted, improved, or standardized.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, reporting, data quality, and ways of working.
• Contribute to group-wide reporting standards, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
• Support SAP-related testing, documentation, training, and rollout activities across entities.
• Help ensure finance processes comply with internal controls, statutory requirements, and accounting standards such as HGB, IFRS, or US GAAP.
• Bring fresh ideas, challenge existing processes, and actively support change within the Finance organization.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Finance Transformation, SAP Finance, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of finance processes, reporting structures, accounting principles, and internal controls.
• Practical experience with SAP Finance, ideally in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience in finance process improvement, SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or system transformation projects is a strong plus.
• Understanding of standardized cloud ERP processes and the ability to work within a best-practice / fit-to-standard approach is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn finance requirements into practical process and system improvements.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with the motivation to bring new ideas and drive change.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across Finance, IT, Accounting, Controlling, and management.
• Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, reliability, and professional work ethics.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written.
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of SAP Finance processes such as GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, banking, or closing.
• Experience with BI or reporting tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics, or similar.
• Exposure to group consolidation, cash flow reporting, or international finance environments.
