In this senior role, you will take end to end responsibility for designing, optimizing, and transforming our Purchasing and Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes with a focus on direct materials. As part of the Digital Process World (DPW) team, you will drive the transition to SAP S/4HANA, establish standards, and deliver measurable performance improvements.

• As a Consultant Procurement Excellence, you will analyze, standardize, and optimize Purchasing and P2P processes (strictly Purchasing / P2P – no cross-functional scope outside Purchasing)
• Hold business process ownership in the SAP landscape (today R/3, moving to S/4HANA) – fit to standard, blueprint, rollout, stabilization
• Lead cross-functional projects, including change management and stakeholder alignment
• Shape the S/4HANA transformation in Purchasing in close collaboration with Purchasing, Plants, IT, and Finance
• Enable the organization: trainings, guidelines, and playbooks for Purchasing & P2P
• Make impact visible: define KPIs, create reports and management presentations

• Degree (bachelor or master) in business administration or similar
• Senior level experience (several years) in process optimization within Purchasing / P2P and proven background in an industrial / manufacturing or corporate environment
• Strong SAP expertise in purchasing is mandatory:
• at least SAP R/3 (esp. MM / P2P relevant processes)
• SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred (ideally transformation / rollout experience)
