To support our On-Site team at the Hamburg headquarters, we are looking for you as a full-time (40 hours) IT Support Technician (f/m/d)* with immediate effect. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and outstanding communication skills. Our On-Site Service Desk colleagues are required to work independently and be proactive towards our employees.

• As an IT Support Technician (f/m/d)*, you are responsible for the quarterly hardware renewal and its management.
• You are responsible for locally relevant operational tasks in the area of IT infrastructure (e.g. computer administration, printing, network).
• You will work closely with the Central infrastructure team to provide technical support for our remote sites in the Hamburg area as well as in Belgium, Luxemburg and Austria.
• Keeping technical documentation and internal processes up to date.
• Contributing to employee onboarding and offboarding processes (equipment, access).
• Analyzing, qualifying and processing support and service requests.

• Professional experience as an IT Support Technician (f/m/d)* as well as a deep understanding of the business needs behind IT.
• You are confident in using Windows and Apple operating systems. Ideally, you are also familiar with mobile devices (iOS and Android).
• Knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, as well as ticketing systems and web-based applications in a business context.
• One of your notable strengths is your excellent communication skills combined with a high level of competence in identifying problems and finding solutions.
• You are confident, organised, flexible, open-minded and a reliable person.
• Proficiency in English and German is mandatory.
