The basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship.
This position must be filled from now for a period of at least 6 month.

• Supporting various projects within the context of the strategic people development, qualification and learning, and diversity, equity and inclusion
• Preparing of decision-proposals and communicating materials, e.g., presentations, analysis and assessments
• Receiving insights into content creation and supporting maintenance the intranet pages for internal communications
• Concept-creation and support in facilitation
• Assisting in the organization of events and team workshops
• Working closely with colleagues from across the Region Europe

• Studies in the field of economics and social sciences or a related field of study with a focus on human resources
• Competent handling of MS-Office applications
