For our location in Hanover we are looking for you with immediate effect as an

Intern (m/f/d) in Battery Testing and Data Analysis

As part of your internship, which is scheduled to last at least 4 months, you will gain a variety of insights into battery testing and data analysis and support our team in day-to-day business.

• Supporting the setup and execution of battery tests, including installation of thermocouples and sensors
• Assisting with the collection, processing, and analysis of both laboratory test data and field data from real-world battery applications
• Creating clear and insightful visualizations to communicate findings and trends in battery behaviour
• Documenting test procedures, results, and findings in a clear and structured manner
• Contributing to the development and validation of models for automotive batteries
• Collaborating with engineers to improve test protocols and data analysis workflows

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry or a comparable field of study
• Practical experience or strong interest in hands-on laboratory work and experimental setups
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis and visualization
• Experience with SQL and PowerBI is a plus
• Basic understanding of battery mechanisms and operation
• You are confident in using MS-Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• You have a very good command of German and English
• With initiative, commitment, and organizational skills you strengthen our team
