The Finance and Controlling function of Daimler Trucks is experiencing an exciting transformation. Technologically, we are today, 120 years after Daimler invented the first truck, at the beginning of a new, digital era. Data fundamentally changes our products and business processes.

Our team is responsible for digitalizing the Daimler Trucks Finance management reporting and automating Finance processes. We establish different technologies in the company to drive the global Daimler Trucks Finance Function digital transformation. We specifically focus on utilizing innovative technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes and drive the change toward a more data-driven finance organization. Our goal is to visualize information for our customers to make information quickly, intuitive and 24/7 available.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their reporting and visualisation needs, helping to develop innovative solutions using tools like Microsoft Power Platform
• Assist in running process optimisation workshops, where you'll help identify opportunities to automate and visualise time-consuming workflows, processes, and management reports, with the goal of improving overall efficiency
• Support the development of concepts for integrating Microsoft Power Platform and other technologies into Finance Trucks' systems and processes
• Help create implementation strategies, operating models, and training materials that empower internal teams to execute automation workflows independently
• Explore the tech market for emerging tools and technologies, and assist in evaluating how they can be integrated into Finance Trucks' system landscape for enhanced visualisation and automation

Profil THAT'S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH

• Studying Business, Business Informatics, Computer Science or related field
• A genuine interest in digital transformation and data analytics
• Familiarity with Power BI and the Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
• Interest in Finance and Controlling
• Passion for utilising analytics tools to solve problems and deliver insights
• An eagerness to learn, collaborate, and bring innovative ideas to the table
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Fluency in Business English
